Also known as PTSU, they pay you for every sign up in their listed programs. In my experience, PTSU pays more than PTC. I only recommend one PTSU site to join.

If you find it hard to find referrals, you can use traffic exchangers. Traffic exchangers are sites where you can post your referral links for everyone to view in exchange viewing their site also. So, if they got interested in the ones you post, they will join.
