The present political crisis is created by the issues concerning PGMA and her family, not by any member of the administration cabinet. I wonder why PGMA insist that members of the cabinet should be replaced while it is her that the people wants to replace!. No matter who PGMA appoints to her cabinet, it is still her lapses in judgements that would definitely bring our country down. However, since the CBCP leadership reiterated their support for PGMA; she has gained the religious mandate which is hopefully something to make her examine her concience and step down subsequently. GMA could choose to stay in power and be a president with no followers or step down with all the dignity of an stateman. :scatter:
So I hope that those who supports GMA are happy now as this president would be hanging around for sometime, even though she already sends her husband and son away to avoid prosecutions. It's a pity though because we could reprimand a small elementary pupil, while it is otherwise for a president. I just hope that GMA would not concentrate on pampering the police and the military just to remain loyal to her, and would not waste her efforts getting back to her detractors. That is how they tolerated jueteng in this country; to support the police and military and at the same time, lure more followers through corruption. Likewise, I hope that the leadership of the CBCP was not distributed with envelopes to come up with their decisions. :worry: Thanks!
