All bulletin board forums have a range of memberships from unregistered or guest to admin moderators.
Moderators are members of the web site team that have volunteered to assist with the operations of the forums and would generally be expected to have some degree of expertise or interest in a particular category topic.
For example if there was a moderator for "Philippines Economic Issues" that person may have a background in economics or a role in that area of government or business.
At the present time moderators are not required as the forums are still small and just growing but in the future who knows this place might be the most active Philippines discussion area on the web and would require moderators to keep it running smooth?
For members there are various levels from junior member to super senior member or anything else that we want to name various levels. The movement from newbie to senior levels is all determined by posts. The more posts that you make the more seniority of membership category is achieved.
