Default Leaving the Country

Somehow, in my geneation we are taught to study hard and be able to find jobs abroad, period. If you want to be better of yourself then you have to cross the horizon, no other choice. No matter what talent have, our counrty ca't be able to support or sustain that. At the international airport, you can see flocks of filipinos leaving overses everyday. How long are we going to do this? Why can't we figure out how to create more jobs internally.
If the "green buck" is great, why can't we fix our local economy?
