Malacanang disagreed with the anouncement of Mike Defensor that the president will resign if contents of the Gloriagate CD would prove that GMA had ordered the Comelec to cheat in the last presidential election. I think that GMA is more irritated to Mike Defensor more than the opposition!, She even said that Defensor is acting on his own while he is the designated political adviser of the president!. Another lapse in judgement I assumed and I just pity Mr. Defensor because there is no harm in accepting those challenge if you are telling the truth!. Definitely Mike Defensor believe in the president that is why he accepted the challenge and the president rejected it.

Well, sometimes we admire a person and as Defensor treats GMA as an exellent superior, entrusting her of his full support despite the odds; he is now another detractor to GMA. Probably that lapse in judgement thing is contagious in the administration circle. That is my opinion.
