The Philippines is in a severe political turmoil due to the political chaos brought about by the jueteng scandal and election fraud that involves the president and her family. All manipulations and cover ups are being done to protect the reputation of GMA so that she could leave on a gracefull exit and likewise reinstate her family. All these cover ups and manipulations entails huge amount of money which everyone knows would surely come from those government funds supposedly for the delivery of basic services to our poor people. It is truly unfortunate that our economy is being sacrificed for the protection of a president who used to swear that she would not run for re election. However, the circumstances of the last election which prompted her to commit election fraud is the product of her lust for power. GMA is debted to her supporters that a defeat would mean disappointments for all these gambling lords as well as police and military officials, thus; GMA exerted all efforts to assure her victory on the last presidential election.

Regarding this, I appeal to all GMA supporters not to make things worst for the filipinos. We all know that there is manipulations and cover ups going on so if you have nothing to gain for protecting GMA, then shut up!. Likewise, if you cannot measure up with the opposition to Gloria Macapagal Arroyo; just keep your opinion among yourselves and refrain from expressing your opinions publicly. People are given equal rights in expressing themselves in this forum, PGMA supporters or not. Please realize that the country will never change due to one person only. Under GMA, there are hundreds more who are corrupt, and I myself have witnessed this corruption by other politicians first-handedly. The world isn't just black and white, so don't ever overlook the grey. Thank you.
