Since Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is reluctant to deny or admit that she is the one talking to Garci, then she should SHUT HER MOUTH FROM HERE ON!.

I think the silence of President was just a technique the case unclear. Maybe she will make any comments, there is a possibility that that she wil caught in her own tanque.
