Thank you for such a nice reply.

The good senator has contended that the funds are intended for Filipino-Americans living in New Orleans. However, these Fil-Ams are citizens of USA and are intitled to all the previleges of any Americans. They are the responsibility of the Federal government as they had sworn to uphold the constitution of the United States of America. Anyway, if it is for humanitarian concern; then it is a noble cause. I just hope that the administration is not up to any political agenda regarding this matter.
