Unhappy College Assurance Plan
What ever happened to the plight of countless citizens who fell prey to the CAP misfortune (put it simply, SCAM?)

What is the SEC doing now to safeguard these innocent victims? Is this one more of those "issues" where the "big" people in these government agencies get a large chunk of the pizza?
