Since the government devolved administration of government hospitals on local government units; the conditions of these hospitals started to deteriorate. There is sufficient fund though but most of these funds are not spent properly or just wasted to corruption. Take the case of the provincial hospitals in Iloilo which has been reported by MGB ( July 2, 2005 ) episode.
